This policy explains what My Arizona Roofing Contractor LLC(“we”, “us”) collects when you use https://myazroof.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, call us on 602-759-ROOF and ask.

What we send
Appointment scheduling and confirmations, inspection updates, follow-up about a request you submitted, and — once you have consented — occasional service reminders. We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not asked for them.
How we get your consent
Through the checkbox on the request form at https://myazroof.com. It is opt-in only and never pre-checked. We do not purchase phone numbers, and we do not import them from third parties. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can ask us to inspect your roof without agreeing to receive texts, and we will call or email you instead.

How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or call 602-759-ROOF. We honour opt-outs automatically and immediately.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
We use service providers to deliver messages and to run our business software. They may only process your information on our instructions and for the purposes described here.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and anything you write in the message field.
- Proof of consent:if you tick the text-message checkbox, we record the date and time, the exact wording you were shown, your IP address, and your browser's user agent. We keep these solely to demonstrate that consent was given, and we do not use them for anything else.
- Basic analytics: aggregate page-view data, so we can see which pages people use and which searches bring them here. This uses one first-party cookie, set by Google Analytics. It is not used for advertising and it does not follow you to other websites.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the inspection you requested, to schedule and carry out the work, to keep a record of the job, and to meet our legal obligations. That is the whole list.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and searches bring people here. It sets one first-party cookie on your device so that several page views in the same visit are counted as one visit rather than several strangers. That is the whole of what it is for.
We have switched off the advertising side of it. This site does not use advertising cookies, does not build an advertising profile of you, and does not track you across other websites. We do not sell or share what the analytics collect. If you would rather not be counted at all, your browser's “block cookies” setting or any ad-blocker will stop it, and the site works exactly the same either way.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to service the work and meet legal, tax and warranty obligations. Consent records are kept for as long as we may need to demonstrate that consent was given, and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email james@myazroof.com or call 602-759-ROOF. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it — if so, we will tell you which and why.
Children
This site is for homeowners and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Where the change affects how we message you, we will tell you directly.
