This site is not a contract

Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote, or an agreement to perform work. Requesting an inspection costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Any actual work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us, and that agreement — not this page — sets out what we will do, what it costs, and what is covered.

Information on this site

We keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete or current. Descriptions of services are general. What your roof needs can only be determined by looking at your roof, which is what the inspection is for.

Any measurement, condition or product information we later provide is an assessment based on what we could observe. It is not a guarantee about future performance, and it is not a manufacturer's warranty. Product warranties are issued by manufacturers on their own terms, and we will give you those terms in writing before you rely on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under the separate written agreement covering any work we do for you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and the courts of Arizona have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
