Arizona roofing contractors are licensed by the Registrar of Contractors, and you can check ours yourself at roc.az.gov before you let anyone on your roof. It takes about a minute and it is worth doing for any contractor who knocks after a storm.
What happens next
Three steps, and the first two are ours
We call you back, hear what you are seeing, and agree a time to come out. You do not need to know what is wrong — working that out is the part we are coming for.
Then somebody walks the whole roof and photographs it — a wide frame of every slope, then close-ups of anything that matters, and of the parts that are doing their job properly. Not a look from the driveway.
Last, we go through the photographs with you before anyone talks about work or cost. The photographs are yours to keep whether you ever hire us or not, including the next time somebody knocks on your door after a storm.
