A young company, run by someone who is not
My Arizona Roofing Contractor LLC was formed in 2025. We say that plainly because the alternative is letting you assume otherwise, and because the thing that actually matters is behind the name: decades of Arizona construction experience.
That experience belongs to James, not to the letterhead. It is why the company is comfortable telling you a roof is fine when it is fine, and why the inspection is a diagnosis rather than an opening bid.
Right now James is on most of the roofs himself. That is partly because a young company earns credibility one roof at a time, and partly because being up there is the only way to answer the question you actually asked.
It is a family company. We work across the Valley from trucks — a roofing contractor is not a business you visit, and we would rather put the money into the crew than into a shopfront.
How we work
The diagnosis comes before the estimate
The inspection report shows condition, findings, photographs and recommendations. It does not contain pricing, and that is deliberate — a number inside a report turns a factual document into a sales document, and homeowners can feel the difference immediately.
Kept separate, you end up with something you can keep, compare, and show an adjuster. Any estimate that follows is about how to solve a problem you have already seen photographed and explained, which is a much better conversation for everyone in it.
The photographs are the point. Wide frames of each slope before the close-ups, the defects, the parts that are working properly, and anything affecting safety or access. You should be able to look at the evidence and take part in the decision — including the decision to do nothing yet.

A short list, and we hold to it
No stock photography
Every photograph on this site is a job of ours. If we have not photographed something, the space stays empty rather than borrowing somebody else's roof.
No invented reviews
There are no testimonials on this site yet, because there are no real ones to publish yet. When there are, they will be real and attributed.
No price before a diagnosis
Nobody can price a roof they have not looked at, and a number produced from the driveway is a negotiating position rather than an estimate.
No promises about the weather
No roof is proof against a storm, and language that suggests otherwise sets a customer up to be disappointed. We will tell you what we found and what it means.

Arizona roofing contractors are licensed by the Registrar of Contractors, and you can check ours yourself at roc.az.gov ↗ before you let anyone on your roof. It takes about a minute and it is worth doing for every contractor who knocks after a storm.
